The Mask is the name of several superheroes, supervillains and antiheroes from the Dark Horse comics from John Arcudi. The most famous character to take on the guise of the Mask was Stanley Ipkiss, due to the movie adaptation, although the original comic adaptation was far more of an antihero and outright villain.
Only 26.7 percent of all DC and Marvel characters are female, and only 12 percent of mainstream superhero comics have female protagonists. I decided to look beyond the gender ratio to see if we could learn more about how females are represented.
Some of them wear capes simply because they serve a practical purpose. Like Batman or Moon Knight, who use their capes to glide across cities, shield them from harm and disorient their enemies. Artistically they can serve the purpose of making characters look bigger and more menacing.

A balaclava, also known as a balaclava helmet or Bally (UK slang) or ski mask (US slang), is a form of cloth headgear designed to expose only part of the face, usually the eyes and mouth. Depending on style and how it is worn, only the eyes, mouth and nose, or just the front of the face are unprotected.
Since the 18th century, the domino mask is worn during carnival. Venetian Carnival masks were known as domini because they resembled French priests' winter hoods, being black on the outside and white on the inside. The name ultimately derives from the Latin dominus, meaning "lord" or "master."
A domino mask provides the narrative of secrecy, while still letting us see fully expressive faces. They're not realistic, but fiction doesn't have to be. Domino masks exist as visual shorthand for "this person is concealing their identity" not as an actual concealment effort.
domino costume (plural domino costumes) A loose hooded cloak worn with a half mask, worn especially at masquerades quotations ?
A domino mask is a small, often rounded mask covering only the area around the eyes and the space between them. Domino masks have found their way into a variety of high and popular art forms.
Being the most powerful Batsuit, the Hellbat Armor enables Batman to fly, run at super speed, and emit massive energy blasts, while also enhancing his strength and durability.
Owls, Bruce Wayne's “favorite animal”
This plastic batsuit was made of a thin fabric, similar to the ones used for folding raincoats. Additionally, Batman made a fire resistant versions of the batsuit. The first model of this suit was made of asbestos, but later versions were made of nomex and could withstand fiery explosions.
The Batsuit
One Batsuit, according to MoneySupermarket's research, costs about $1,058,600. Bruce has altered the suit over the years (over 35 significant different Batsuits have appeared in the comics), of course, with more or less actual armor in there.First Batsuit
The suit itself covered Batman's entire body, and seemed to be made of a hardened plastic material worn over a tight bodysuit. It included a defensive cowl that functioned like a helmet, allowing him to move his neck fully and remove it separately from the suit.Batman alters his voice intentionally to help disguise it, so that people won't recognize him as Bruce Wayne. Batman's voice change is most famously noted in the Christopher Nolan (director) Batman film trilogy, where Christian Bale (actor) intentionally adopted a low, guttural growl to his voice.
Batman specifically centers his suit around fear but when he has to rescue children, the exposed mouth serves as a reminder that he is still like them, human. Kind of comforting in a way.
Yes, Batman in the movie incarnations wears black eye makeup.
As it turn out a blue sheen on a black surface is meant to represent a glossy black surface in DC Comics (and possibly other comics) for example Superman's hair. Batman's blue cape and cowl are meant to have been black they were just coloured blue with the assumption that the reader would understand they were black.
