If you're having photo importing problems on your PC, the issue might be your camera settings. If you're trying to import pictures from your camera, be sure to check your camera settings. To turn off your iCloud Photos everywhere, follow these steps:
- On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Photos, then tap Disable and Delete.
