One of the weakest characters in DC Comics, Color Kid aka Ulu Vakk is from planet Lupra. This member of the Legion of Substitute Heroes was once hit by a beam of colorful light and can now change the color of everything.
With that said, here are the 10 Weakest Marvel Beings (And 10 That Are Way Too Overpowered).
- 7 Overpowered: Celestials.
- 6 Weakest: Star-Lord (MCU Version)
- 5 Overpowered: Franklin Richards.
- 4 Weakest: Frost Giants.
- 3 Overpowered: Skrulls.
- 2 Weakest: Nova Corps (MCU Version)
- 1 Overpowered: Doctor Doom (Fant4stic Version)
Some have hypothesized that Doctor Manhattan is a hero from the DC Universe that changed his identity and that hero might be Captain Atom. If the idea is that Manhattan is the most likely person to defeat himself, that means Captain Atom could be the one to stop him.
Shazam, by comparison, gets his powers from the gods and calls upon the strength of Hercules (a god whom Superman has bested in the past). If Shazam is determined to finish the fight quickly and make the most of his lightning, he can and has gotten the better of Superman.
The notion that Doctor Manhattan is an all-powerful, omniscient god is a bit of a misconception. Yes, he seems like a god to us, the mere mortals of the universe, but as he once said he's still the universe's puppet. And what the universe wants for Jon is love.
Film. In the original script for 1989's Batman, crime boss Rupert Thorne hires Joe Chill to murder Thomas Wayne due to the latter running against Thorne for city council.
Ultimately, the show determined that Darkseid would win any confrontation with Thanos. While both of them have a number of powers at their disposal, Thanos falls short of matching Darkseid, even with the Infinity Gauntlet.
Thanos does not have the energy of the Guardians nor the heavenly energy of Radiant, so he can still kill Doomsday with energy. However, Doomsday is physically stronger than Hulk or Juggernaut. Thanos' tech won't hold him down for long. Thanos can use his powerful mind to see if he can take Doomsday in a fist-fight.
However, CBR is going to look at who could definitely stand against Doomsday and those who actually did!
- 1 DID: THOR.
- 2 DID: HULK.
- 3 DEFINITELY COULD: THANOS.
- 4 DEFINITELY COULD: NICK FURY.
- 5 DEFINITELY COULD: CANNONBALL.
- 6 DEFINITELY COULD: ROGUE.
- 7 DEFINITELY COULD: SCARLET WITCH.
- 8 DEFINITELY COULD: VULCAN.
In Superman: The Doomsday Wars; Superman, with help from the Justice league, was able to trap Doomsday in a transportation machine; the machine was able to split his body up in four pieces.
10 DC Villains You Wouldn't Think Are More Powerful Than Darkseid (But Actually Are) Emporer Joker, Mr.. Mxyzptlk, and maybe the Anti-Monitor. Darkseid and Apokolips exist within the Fourth World, outside of the rest of the DC multiverse.
The truth is, he was a superior fighter, in virtually every way. In the battle between Doomsday and Darkseid, Doomsday didn't really have all that much trouble getting the best of Darkseid. In fact, he won quite handily. He even had to go up against Omega Beams from Darkseid, his weapon of choice.
It could be because CGI is cheaper and looks better in low light settings. Or because the universe is built around Batman, so it influences the theme of the other movies as well. It will be interesting to see how Wonder Woman deals with light vs. dark, considering that her world is inherently very light and colorful.
The Flash is the strongest DC hero, being a force of nature and all. He could easily kill Superman, but never would kill him. Superman's Kryptonian anatomy may be harder to penetrate, Flash would have to find the right vibrational rate, and quickly. He'll only get one chance.
Superman has often been considered to be the most overpowered superhero in the history of DC Comics, and arguably fiction. He has just enough power to defeat Thanos by himself. The only thing that could possibly hold him back would be his sense of duty, justice, and his “no killing” rule.
There are certain things
Superman could do to
defeat at least one of these
Marvel heroes. Rogue, for example, freeze her, done.
Which is precisely what brings us here today.
- 1 Silver Surfer.
- 2 Blue Marvel.
- 3 Wonder Man.
- 4 Hulk.
- 5 Hercules.
- 6 Rogue.
- 7 Sentry.
- 8 Thor.
The Incredible Hulk, on the other hand, has a very different relationship to strength than Superman. While the Hulk's “baseline” level of strength only allows him to lift about 70 tons – a meager amount compared to Superman's lifting power – that level can quickly change as he gets angry… and he's usually furious.
the only full kryptonian who's not generally shown to be stronger than Superman is Zod, and that's to be expected since Zod hardly spends any time under a yellow sun. if Jon were fully matured, and Zod had the decades under the yellow sun that Superman has had, they'd both outshine Supes easily.
Goku would be just as powerful during an eclipse or at any other time, unlike Superman. While Superman can go into space to be closer to the sun and therefore more powerful, Goku could just as easily call on the energy of every living thing in the universe. Checkmate.
Doctor Strange vs Superman: Call it magic, call it devastating. Credits: Given Superman's weakness is magic, Doctor Strange would be one of the Avengers ideally suited to take him down. The Sorcerer Supreme and probably the best magician in Marvel, Strange can easily dispatch of the Man of Steel.
By most accounts, Superman seemingly outclasses Thor in terms of raw strength. He's drag planets along, punched people into orbit and performed all sorts of wild feats of strength. In the DC Universe, Superman's powers are effectively unmatched. However, Thor has shown a considerable amount of strength too.
While we have already covered the fact that Batman is physically stronger than Iron Man, he is also a much better fighter. Iron Man tends to rely upon his weapons where possible, Batman focuses on his fighting abilities, which would give him the edge in a brawl with the MCU hero.
9 Weakest: HawkeyeAlthough he is an extremely skilled marksman, Clint Barton is often considered to be the weakest Avenger seeing as he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow.
In the movies, probably not. Crossovers between the Marvel and DC heroes have happened on the printed page, but they're very unlikely to happen on the big screen or even the small one. Marvel/Disney and DC/Warner Bros. are fierce competitors with their cinematic universes.
However, the one thing that remains indisputable is that these are The 20 Most Powerful Marvel And DC Superheroes Ranked.
- 8 DC: Captain Atom.
- 7 Marvel: Grand Master.
- 6 DC: Superman Prime.
- 5 Marvel: Phoenix.
- 4 DC: Guardians of the Universe.
- 3 Marvel: The Twins: Infinity/ Eternity.
- 2 DC: Elaine Belloc.
- 1 Marvel: One-Above-All.
The 5 Strongest Member Of Justice League International (& 5 The Weakest)
- 1 Strongest: Shazam.
- 2 Weakest: Sue Dibny.
- 3 Strongest: Captain Atom.
- 4 Weakest: Ice.
- 5 Strongest: Power Girl.
- 6 Weakest: Fire.
- 7 Strongest: Martian Manhunter.
- 8 Weakest: Guy Gardner.
Deadpool is a Marvel Comics character whose movies are loosely connected to the X-Men universe, which means his film rights are also owned by Fox. "Deadpool 2" starring Ryan Reynolds is coming to theaters in May 18.
