The only real way to see your boyfriend's or girlfriend's snapchats is to have their snapchat password, or gain access to their phone and look at their snapchat inbox from their phone.
The only way you can view the amount of friends someoneone has on Snapchat is if you have access to their account. This requires their username/email and password. There are only two ways to view the amount of friends you, or someone else has, and they both require a little bit of time and effort.
Tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom right to see the list of your current friends. You can also swipe to the left on the screen. Now just tap on any friend's Snapchat username and it will show their profile. This will include their display name, Snapchat username, their score and their best friends on the app.
A person would only know when you check their Snapchat stories, nothing more. There is no way to anonymously view a Snapchat Story, that is, the snaps that are posted to a user's profile. As such, getting a complete list of who's viewed your story is easy.
I hate to tell you this, but there is no such thing as safe sexting. Using Snapchat to send scandalous selfies is like using the pull-out method; it's not 100% effective at preventing long-term consequences.
Tap on the user you'd like to remove, select the gear icon, and choose “Block” from the list. After you block someone, they'll disappear from your Best Friends and your main friend list, so you'll have to search for their username and add them again.

Snapchat considers a “Best Friend” to be someone to whom you send the most amount of snaps. Gold Heart ( ): This emoji means you and this person are each other's number one Best Friends. You sent the most message to them, and they sent the most messages to you.

If you cannot find them there that means they have blocked you. People can block you from viewing their story but still keep you as a friend, if this happens you will never be able to see the person's story, but you will still have them as a friend and be able to send them Snapchats and see their Snapchat score.

Sunglasses: If you see sunglasses next to someone's name, you share a close friend on Snapchat with this person. ?? Baby: Congrats, you just became Snapchat friends with this person.
At the profile menu, tap “Add Friends.” The list of mutual friends is shown in the Quick Add section. Tap “+Add” to any of the mutual friends that you have. The Quick Add feature is a way of Snapchat recommending friends based on the friends you already added in Snapchat.
A red heart is for your BFF, which is a best friend for two weeks. Two pink hearts is for two months, where the person becomes your 'Super BFF'. A grin emoji is for someone you share as a best friend with someone else.
Snapchat Best Friends is back for 2019. It's back! According to the earlier source, the feature first arrived back in 2016 and has since undergone many changes. It will surface every so often, and once, you could actually see who other Snapchat users' best friends were; this proved problematic for a number of reasons.
The Best Friends list can be seen when you're about to send out a snap. It is displayed on top of the contacts list for easy access so you don't have to scroll down your entire contacts list to select the people you want to send out the snap to.
