Amazon is rolling out Multilingual mode to Alexa, which lets users in the US speak Spanish to their Alexa devices. Alexa will be able to respond to requests in either English or Spanish, based on the language in which it was asked.
As of today, Amazon customers in the US can speak to Alexa in Spanish. They can switch Echo and Alexa Built-In devices to Spanish using the Alexa app, or they can take advantage of multilingual mode. That feature allows Alexa to respond in English or Spanish, depending on which language the question was asked in.
The Amazon Echo is remarkably useful. Alexa, the digital personal assistant within the cylindrical black gadget, plays music, helps with recipes, and orders stuff online. One thing it cannot do, however, is speak Chinese. The LingLong DingDong can.
Today, Amazon says the multi-lingual mode for U.S. speakers is officially live across the country, allowing users of both Echo and Alexa-powered devices to switch between Spanish and English. Alexa can also be set to speak only Spanish in the Alexa app settings.
At last, however, folks in the nation (and Monaco) can parlez Francais with Alexa on Amazon's Echo, Echo Dot and Echo Spot. Those devices are now up for pre-order on Amazon at half price, with delivery set at June 13th for Prime members.
What dialects does Alexa support? Alexa supports different dialects in English, French, and Spanish: English dialects (5): Australia, Canada, India, UK, US.
Amazon has also recently added celebrity voices that you can buy for your Echo, like actor Samuel L. Jackson, who can do things like tell jokes and give basic weather reports.
Alexa is a computer generated voice. It is not from recordings of any real person(s) voice. It is generated from rules converting text in human speech. There have been many such voice around for a long time, but most sound much more mechanical.
You can't change Alexa's name on your Amazon speaker, but you can change your speaker's "wake word" to one of several other available terms. Amazon speakers are set to listen for the name "Alexa" as its default "wake word," though you can switch its "wake word" to "Amazon," "Echo," or "Computer."

Unfortunately Alexa does not support Jarvis voice out of the box. Supported voices can be found here. In your case, the only solution, would be to generate audio files for all responses using Jarvis from polly and then use those audio files in the response, even though this would be quite time consuming.
