Palkia will be Pokémon Go's next legendary to catch, Niantic announced. An in-game notification reveals that the fourth-generation monster will appear in Raid Battles starting tomorrow, Jan. The water/dragon-type Pokémon will continue to be available in Raid Battles until 1 p.m. PST on Feb.
Palkia is a great Pokémon. The main problem is not that it's bad, but the fact that it could be way better with the right moves. Its attack stat is just 4 points below Rayquaza's and it has a better set of resistances, but its current movepool holds it back from being a TOP-tier attacker in the game.

The world of Pokémon GO expands with Pokémon originally discovered in the Unova region! Darkrai, the Gen 4 Legendary Pokémon, has returned to Pokémon Go to give trainers another chance to catch it. Starting Friday, March 6 at 8 a.m. to Monday, March 9 at 10 p.m. local time, Darkrai will appear in Level 5 Raids.

Despite being a powerful legendary, Dialga actually has the same catch rate as a Chatot. Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls are recommended. If you are in the battle for a long time, a timer ball might work.

- ALSO, Dialga is in DIAMOND ONLY! You must trade it from either Diamond, any Diamond or Pearl that has it, or get it from the GTS. To get it fromt the GTS, you must first beat the Elite 4.
