Charity and donations often help the recipients put a “band-aid†over their true problems. It then causes the recipients to become dependent on aid and inhibit their self sufficiency that they are capable of. In addition, charity undermines a recipients efforts in generating their own profits.
There are many criticisms of philanthrocapitalism beginning with the limited transparency and accountability involved. There are also concerns that private philanthropy erodes support for governmental spending on public services.
Donations made through Benevity also have costs. We have a 2.9% charity support fee that is deducted from the donation when the funds are distributed to the charity. For any large individual transactions, the charity support fee is capped. Donors still receive a tax receipt for 100% of their donation amount.

Helping organizationsYour nonprofit donation will help such organizations to buy the clothes, food products, clean water for the families, and deliver the products. They also try to find different forms of employments for the people so they can support their own families. They want to improve the standards of living.
They play a vital role in our society, and we all benefit. Charities bring together people who care about a cause so that they can make a difference. Charities help in lots of different ways, but the main ways are by providing direct help, giving information, or raising awareness of an issue.
While most individual donors say they care about nonprofit performance, nearly two-thirds do no research at all before making a donation. Nor do they demand evidence of effectiveness from charities. Until that changes, we can be certain that some nonprofits do great work and others do little or no good at all.
Caring for the poor and needy people and helping them is a noble endeavor. The more you give to poor and needy people, the more you strengthen their dependency. If you give them the chance or opportunity, you'll see an effective and long-lasting improvement in their lives.
