Now if you are sanitizing your equipment with something other than a brewing sanitizer and using bleach or Oxy clean free you will want to rinse it out. These you will rinse out until the smell is gone.

Aseptox is an easy to use, safe, no-rinse cleanser that quickly breaks up light to medium soils on wine (and beer) making equipment, including all plastics, glass and metals. Aseptox is a no-rinse cleanser. Other powdered cleansers either require rinsing due to their alkaline nature.
DO use the Star San bottle's handy dosing feature to measure out the amount you need. Ensure that the cap over the main reservoir is closed, and slightly loosen the cap over the smaller dosing cavity. Then just squeeze the bottle until Star San fills the dosing cavity to the level you want.
EasyClean is similar to PBW/OxiClean. They are cleaners and not sanitizers. If you can't get some StarSan or Iodophor with out a special order, you can use a bleach solution.
A mixture of sulfite and water will create a cost effective sanitizing solution. 0. I use the LD Carlson Easy Clean. It is a no-rinse oxygen based compound for cleaning beer and wine-making equipment. Great for removing labels too. You could also use Star San Sanitizer it is a foaming acid anionic sanitizer that penetrates hard-to-see places.
