Don't get us wrong, the television does bring good picture quality to the table. And true to the strategy, Philips' TV is capable of better contrast than TVs from say Xiaomi, though Samsung, Sony and LG's high-end UHD offerings are noticeably superior.
App Installation
Select an app in the store and press the “OK” button on the remote control. Select 'Install' and press “OK” on the remote control to download and install this app on the TV.Install the mobile version of Screen Mirroring from Google Play. Enable the Miracast display on your TV and connect your phone to the TV. On your Android, tap the “Start” button to initiate the mirroring process. From the “Detect” tab, select the name of your TV to connect and mirror your Android screen.
How to update my Philips device

First check that your TV is set to the correct Source or Input, try changing the Source or Input to AV, TV, Digital TV or DTV if you haven't already. If your “No Signal” message is not due to incorrect Source or Input being selected, then it's most likely caused by a set up or antenna fault.

Perform a power reset using the TV menu
- Press the HOME button.

Startup from standby
The ON/OFF button can be found on the back or underneath the TV screen. Wait 2 minutes for the TV to start up. If no picture is visible, press the “Standby” button on the remote control.Look for the "Source" button among the control panel buttons on the right side of the television, and press it to switch the input. You will not find a "Source" button on all Philips televisions.
