Commonly used in Auctions, a Buy It Now is set at the sellers desired asking price. When a buyer makes an offer through the Buy It Now (BIN) the seller can accept that offer and the listing is considered sold to that buyer.

- Open an email from the member and click send an offer directly to the member at the bottom of the email.
- Enter the quantity, price, and message to the buyer.
- Click Submit.
How to set eBay buyer requirements

The starting bid is the lowest amount the first bidder can bid. When no reserve is added, the starting bid is the lowest amount you are willing to sell the item for. A reserve is an amount higher than the starting bid that the bidding must reach before there will actually be a "winner"

One way fraudsters use BIN numbers is in scams known as BIN Attack Fraud. The fraudster obtains a BIN and uses software to generate the remaining numbers. They then test the numbers using small transactions through online retailers until they find a valid and active card number.

In the context of stock trading on a stock exchange, the bid price is the highest price a buyer of a stock is willing to pay for a share of that given stock. BIN (BuyItNow) price is the Price at witch the item is sold imedialty. This means in theory if one buyer agrees to pay this price he is automatically the winner.
With Buy It Now, you pay a fixed price and buy the item immediately, or you can bid on an item and try to win it for a lower price in an auction. On some listings you can also make an offer of the price you'd like to pay.
When you add a Buy It Now option to auction-style listings, buyers can either purchase your item right away at the Buy It Now price, or place a bid. The Buy It Now price is available until someone bids on the item or until the reserve price is met.
After a bid is placed (by you or someone else), the Buy It Now option disappears . . . If the seller has a reserve price, the option to Buy It Now won't disappear until a bid meets that amount. When the Buy It Now button is gone, the listing becomes a standard auction, and the item will be sold to the highest bidder.
In most categories, the Buy It Now price must be at least 30% higher than the auction price. When someone bids, the Buy It Now option usually disappears; however, in the case of reserve price listings, the Buy It Now option remains until the reserve price is met.

After someone bids, the Buy It Now option disappears and bidding continues until the listing ends, with the item going to the highest bidder. Learn more about buying with the Buy It Now option. In a listing with a reserve price, Buy It Now disappears as soon as the reserve price has been met.
Best Offer lets you offer the seller a price you're willing to pay for the item. The seller can accept, reject, or counter your offer by suggesting another price. Best Offer is a great way to buy the item you've been looking for at a bargain price.
I recommend using the “Buy it Now†option when you have a high-priced item that is not in high demand. While the item is worth a lot, you will not see enough bidders to warrant using an auction style listing.
