To get to the Hinterlands, start at the Wetlands and cross Thandol's Span in theArathi Highlands. Follow the road west and pass through Thoridan's Wall in the Hillsbrad Foothills. Durnholde Keep will be on the right hand side of the road. North of the keep is a path through the hills into the Hinterlands.
You will start from north-east of Jintha'Alor and the take turn to The Overlook Cliffs. You will then reach Revantusk Village in south-east. Keep moving in this direction and you will get to the horde flight path in Hinterlands.

The Arathi Highlands are located in southeastern Lordaeron, east of Hillsbrad Foothills and south of the Hinterlands. It is a flat but craggy region that has traditionally been the home of the humans of Arathor, who gave the region its name.
The Hinterlands, located in the eastern part of Lordaeron, is probably most notable for the Wildhammer dwarves who make their residence at Aerie Peak in the west. The Wildhammers have always been staunch allies of the Alliance. It is from the Hinterlands that these dwarves find and tame their world-renowned gryphons.
The Hillsbrad Foothills (sometimes referred to as simply Hillsbrad) is a mid-level zone most suitable for players around level 25. Located in the Southern end of the North Island of (Eastern Kingdoms), the hills are home to the towns of Southshore and Hillsbrad Fields (Alliance), and Tarren Mill (Horde).
From the Eastern Plaguelands: the only way is to get to the eastern crusade area, and then swim along the shore southwards towards the river of the Hinterlands.
The Pupellyverbos Port can be found along the eastern shores of the Hinterlands.
Slagtree's Lost Tools is located in the Vilebranch temples in the Hinterlands.

For the Horde:Head to Undercity and leave through the north front entrance, not the sewers. Follow the path east and it will take your through the mountains and into the Wester Plaguelands. Be sure to get the quests before you go into the Plaguelands. They are fairly easy quests and can mostly be done alone.
The flight paths for both Alliance and Horde are located at Light's Hope Chapel, around 81,57, the little church icon north of Tyr's Hand.

The Hinterlands is Dragon Age Inquisition's largest area. There are 43 side quests in the Hinterlands alone!
The Atal'ai Exile is a level 45 quest giver located in the southeastern corner of Shadra'Alor in the contested territory of the Hinterlands.
In the Badlands, there's a road in the far west of the zone that runs North into Kargath. Take that road, going North towards Kargath, until you start to see the Kargath buildings. On your left there will be a path up into the hills that leads to a pass into Searing Gorge.
if your horde, go from orgrimmar too grom gol then travel through stranglethorn vale. into duskwood then head towards redridge and then go from redridge too burning steppes (50+ zone) then too searing gorge (45-50) and then you enter badlands.

The Violet Tragan is located in Valorwind Lake of The Hinterlands.
Getting thereRun east in the Wetlands until you encounter a road running north. Run north, over the bridge, until you meet a road running west. Take that road, pass under the great wall, and you will be in Hillsbrad. Don't forget to pick up the Thelsamar, Menethil Harbor, and Refuge Point flight paths on the way!
The Altar of Zul is a Vilebranch forest troll altar in the Hinterlands. [Mallet of Zul'Farrak] dropped off Qiaga.
The Altar is in the Hinterlands at Jintha'Alor, all the way at the top.
From Orgrimmar, take the zeppelin to Undercity. From Silvermoon City, use the Orb of Translocation to the Ruins of Lordaeron. From the Undercity, go to Silverpine to Hillsbrad to Arathi to Wetlands, then go south. From the Undercity, go to Tirisfal Glades, then south.
