Head to the Gmail sign-in page and click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the last password you remember. If you can't remember one, click “Try a different question.” Enter the secondary email address you used when you set up your Gmail account to get a password reset email.

If you can't remember your pasword or it's not working

Update the password stored in Outlook
- In Outlook, choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select the email account you want to change, and then choose Change.
- In the Change Account window, update your password.
- Select Close after Outlook tests your account settings, then Finish > Close to return to Outlook.
Change your Office 365 for business password to keep your account secure.
- Sign in to with your work or school account.
- Go to Settings > Password.
- Enter your old password.
- Create a new password and confirm it.
- Select Submit to finish and change your password.
Updating Your Mail Password on Your Android Device
- Tap on the Settings icon.
- Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
- Under Common Settings, tap Settings.
- Under Account Settings, tap your username.
- Tap Password to update your password to match the email server.
- Enter your new campus password and then tap OK. You're done!

Change your password

The Network password:
The Network password is the password that you use to logon to our domain from your Windows 7 computer. A Microsoft account (Formerly Windows Live ID) is the email address used along with a password to sign in to any Microsoft program or service such as Outlook.com, Hotmail, Messenger, OneDrive, Xbox LIVE, or Office Live. Some examples of Microsoft accounts end in @live, @hotmail, @outlook.com.
To check what type of account you're using, go to Settings - Accounts. If you're using a Microsoft account, you'll see your name, email address and Manage my Microsoft account. If you see your username, local account mentioned at the top, this means you're signed in to a local account.
If you've forgotten your Windows 8.1 password, there are several ways to retrieve or reset it:
- If your PC is on a domain, your system administrator must reset your password.
- If you're using a Microsoft account, you can reset your password online.
- If you're using a local account, use your password hint as a reminder.
What happens when you sign out of Office. Unlike signing out of an online service, when you sign out of your Office program you are removing your account from your Office installation. When this happens, Office loses track of any customizations you might have made in the program.

How to change the email address or phone number you use to sign in to your Microsoft account online
- Step 1: Add a new email address or phone number. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Step 2: Set the new email address as your primary alias.
- Step 3: Remove the email address you no longer want to use to sign in.
How to sign in to or out of Outlook.com
- Go to the Outlook.com sign-in page and select Sign in.
- Enter your email address or phone number and select Next.
- On the next page, enter your password and select Sign in. Notes: Check the Keep me signed in box if you want to go straight to Outlook.com next time (not recommended for shared computers).
You can install Microsoft Office for free on up to 15 devices in total (five installations on Windows and MAC devices and five installations on smart phones and five on tablet devices). Please note, you are only able to install the applications on devices that you personally own.
When you sign in with a Microsoft account, the computer you're using becomes linked with your account. This won't be a big deal for some, but it can cause a few issues. Apps that you download from the Windows Store, for example, can be installed on up to 10 devices.
