You can view your email from the menu bar at www.bt.com by selecting either: The email link and logging in with your email address (ending @btinternet.com, @btopenworld.com or @talk21.com) and password.
Start by logging in to My BT with your BT ID username and password. Next, click on Your package and then Inclusive extras. Now tap the BT Email link and then Manage BT Email. On the next page, you will be able to see all your BT email addresses.
Your new email still has all your favourite features, but is more streamlined and lets you organise and personalise your inbox and folders. In case you are not aware, one of the reason for the change of the email web page is because BTYahoo users are being migrated away from Yahoo onto the new BTMail system. If you have a look at this long thread you will see that the "New" BT email webpage has been on the go since Dec 2018.
There is no recommended Android or Apple app for BT Email. It is down to personal choice which app you use. There are many different apps available in the Play Store .
