Microsoft Teams supports flexible communication, including chats, calls, meetings, and private and group conversations. In Chat, you can have private one-on-one or group conversations that are not in the public team channel.
Note: Team conversations are stored in the Office 365 Group Mailbox, in a hidden folder called Conversation HistoryTeam Chat. Private chats are stored in the posting user's mailbox, in a hidden folder called Conversation HistoryTeam Chat.

When you archive a team, the team (and files if you tick the option) become read-only. You and other members can still access it and view all the team activity in channels, files, and chats. You can also add or remove members and update roles. Archived teams can also be reactivated by owners.
Conversations in channels are organized by date and then threaded. The replies in threaded conversations are organized under the initial conversation and are easier to follow. Find the conversation thread you want to reply to. Select Reply, add your message, and press Enter.
To delete the entire conversation, all you need to do is to search for the Conversation, tap and hold then select Delete chat.
Once a project's work is completed (or you're just not using the project anymore) you can archive it. Archiving a project removes it from the team's project list and from search results, but keeps all the project's information so you can reference it later if you need to.

Trello is the visually appealing Kanban-style solution that is ideal for smaller teams, but questionable when projects start piling up. Asana, on the other hand, is comparatively daunting, and more powerful — particularly when it comes to delegating tasks and managing multiple projects.
Asana is extremely helpful in managing tasks because of how action-oriented and well-designed it is. You can use it as simple as you like or as comprehensive as you need it. Though it's primarily used by teams or in businesses, you can use it for personal use as well.
If you're looking for high-quality task management software, Asana is an excellent choice. Asana provides a simple way to track tasks across teams and projects. It's easy to use, and it encourages productivity, collaboration, and organization within your business.
Whether Microsoft admits it or not, Microsoft Teams was born as a competitor to Slack. The online collaboration app integrates Microsoft Office 365 with group chat software and a host of productivity tools. On its face, Microsoft Teams looks exceedingly similar in look and feel to Slack.
Trello is mainly a free service that lets users work with an unlimited number of boards, lists and cards. Free users can add one Power-Up per board. There are no restrictions on the number of people users can collaborate with through the free version of Trello. Trello Gold is priced at $5 per month, or $45 per year.
Asana is free to use for up to 15 people. If you want Premium features in a Workspace or team, or you want to gain Administrator capabilities in your Organization along with increased member limits, you have the option to upgrade. Pricing information can be found on our pricing page.
You can use Slack with a limited number of features for free, but if you need more, we offer two paid plans.
Slack is essentially a chat room for your whole company, designed to replace email as your primary method of communication and sharing. Its workspaces allow you to organize communications by channels for group discussions and allows for private messages to share information, files, and more all in one place.
The Asana for Slack integration allows you to turn Slack messages into tasks, take action on tasks from within Slack, or create a new task without leaving Slack. Task specific actions are also available via notifications in your personal or project channels.
