Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.
If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, our delivery team will provide you with a failed delivery notice so you can collect your product at the designated post office or Popstation. Rest assured that your product is still available for pick up at the designated location.

Tip 3: All genuine Adidas products have serial numbers on the tags affixed to them. The tags have the size and product information on the inside of the shoe (behind the tongue).
An order status of “Processing” means your order has been entered into our system and has been sent to the manufacturer or multiple manufacturers, depending on your order. The order status will remain as “Processing” until we receive shipment tracking information back from the manufacturer(s).

Where is the headquarters of Adidas?
You may return your new and unused adidas.com purchase at an adidas retail store within the returns window for that product. The original form of payment and confirmation email, or returns sticker from the shipping box, are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price.
The tracking number is the most accurate date that is presented in our systems. We would recommend going off of that for an accurate assessment.
