You can
create labels that store your
emails. Add as many
labels as you want to an
email.
Create, edit & delete labels
- On a computer, open Gmail.
- On the left, click More.
- Click Create new label.
- Name your label.
- Click Create.
If you decide to do it, these are what I consider to be the five golden rules of HTML emails:
- Only send email to people that opted to receive them.
- Make sure to create it so that it looks the best it possibly can in all email clients.
- Don't overdo it.
- Send a plain text alternative.
- Offer and opt-out link and honor it.
web HTML. The viewing technology of a typical email client isn't as up-to-date as a web browser. Web browsers display interactive, dynamic content, and they update often. But interactive elements like Flash, JavaScript, or HTML forms won't work in most email inboxes.
Create or change templates
- Open Gmail and click Compose.
- In the Compose window, enter your template text.
- Click More. Templates.
- Choose an option: To create a new template, click Save draft as template Save as new template.
- (Optional) To send an email, compose your message and click Send.
You can send the same message to Visitors, Leads, and Users.Just create your message, and then select the types of people you'd like to receive it under “Choose your audience”: Note: You can't send emails to unidentified visitors, and mobile push messages can be sent to users only.
Send Mail from a Custom Email Address with Gmail
- Select Settings (gear icon) in Gmail.
- Choose See all settings.
- Go to the Accounts and Import tab.
- In the Send mail as section, select Add another email address.
- In the Add another email address you own screen, type your display name and email address, select the Treat as an alias checkbox, then select Next Step.
How to connect my email address into Microsoft Teams
- Go to the Teams channel where you want to manage your emails.
- Add a tab to the channel:
- Search for MailClark in the apps list: (If you don't find MailClark in the list, check this article.)
- Press 'Install', this will set up the MailClark tab, and then press 'Connect'.

Creating saved repliesOr to create a new saved reply directly from the inbox, just click the 3 dots beside any of your responses, and select 'Save this reply'.
Control which notifications you receive on desktop and mobile. Each of your teammates in your workspace controls their own notifications via their personal account settings. To change your notification settings, just open your 'Your account' in your hover menu, then select 'Notifications'.
Conversations can be assigned automatically by Inbox rules. To create a rule go to Inbox > Automation > Rules, and click 'New rule': Tip: Rules can also automatically tag conversations, mark them as priority, or set conversation attributes & SLA rules.

To send an email to a single constituent or a few constituent accounts, send a one-off email instead of a mass email. Unlike test emails, one-off emails are sent from a specific account and you can automatically create journal contacts to indicate the email was sent.

How to Set Up an Intercom System in Your House With Phones
- Plug the home phone into a power outlet and a wall outlet. Turn the phone on if the phone doesn't automatically activate.
- Place each phone in the appropriate rooms. Connect each of the base station phones to a power outlet.
