London Zoo ticket pricesWhen you book them in advance, London Zoo's tickets cost £24.30 for visitors 16 years and above and £18 for kids between three to 15 years. When you book your tickets online in advance, you save 18% of the ticket cost. London Zoo ticket is 18% costlier if bought at the gates.
In line with UK legislation, smoking is completely prohibited in all indoor and covered spaces in the Zoos. Designated smoking and vaping areas for visitors can be found on the Zoo map or can be found by asking a Zoo staff member or volunteer.

London Zoo is 14 ha (36 acres) big, while the much bigger Whipsnade Zoo is spread over 243 ha (600 acres). Whipsnade Zoo, Dunstable is almost 17 times bigger than the London Zoo – making it the biggest zoo in the UK. In fact, visitors can take along their cars inside the ZSL Whipsnade Zoo for an additional cost.
To walk around takes about 6 hours but there are plenty of refreshment stops on the way. Whatever you decide I am sure you will have a great day out.

Can I use Tesco Clubcard Vouchers to pay for London Zoo Lodges? Tesco vouchers are only accepted for general admission tickets (excluding car entry) when purchased on the day of your visit at the main gate. They cannot be used as payment for London Zoo Lodges or any other ZSL experiences.
A bar will sell alcohol and a band will play, while performers on stilts and in costumes walk around and visitors, paying £19.95 each for a ticket, can eat and socialise.

In England, all zoos will be able to reopen from April 12. Strict social distancing is expected to be in place throughout the zoo with mask wearing made mandatory. In Wales, all hospitality venues have to remain closed for now and a roadmap out of lockdown is yet to be produced by the government.
No dogs are permitted on site at ZSL London Zoo, with the exception of assistance dogs under specific conditions: If your dog is not a registered assistance dog, please call 0344 225 1826 ahead of your visit. Please clean up after your dog.
