Sonny Corinthos (a.k.a. the Godfather of Port Charles) is a businessman, who co-owns Corinthos Coffee with his longtime business partner and best friend, Jason Morgan. He's currently married to Carly Corinthos and has four children: Dante Falconeri, Michael Corinthos, Kristina Davis, and Avery Corinthos.
Now that Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) has been revealed as Nina's biological daughter, we have to wonder what that Willow clue was all about. It's possible it was just General Hospital's attempt to throw viewers off track before the true revelation.
It is revealed that Brenda was involved with The Balkan's son Aleksander, but once she learned that he was involved with exploiting children, she left him.
Not wanting to hurt Jax, Brenda got Jason to agree to marry her, which he did to keep her away from Sonny, who was now married to Carly Benson. When Alcazar was killed, Brenda and Jason were arrested for his murder but soon cleared.
Sonny is played by Maurice Benard and Carly is currently played by Laura Wright. Sonny and Carly were together, on and off, from December 1999 to April 2007. They have been married four times and reunited in 2008, 2010 and most recently in 2014. Together, the couple share three children; Michael, Morgan and Donna.
Nina was first introduced to GH in May of 2014 and was played by Emmy-winning actress Michelle Stafford. However, when she opted to leave the soap, the role was recast with another Emmy winner, Cynthia Watros, in June of 2019. Although Nina did win Silas back, he split up with her when he learned about her lies.
However, his life was too dangerous, so Brenda moved back to Rome with her son. That was the last time Brenda was on General Hospital. However, she may still have ties to Port Chuck. And if it turns out Dev Cerci is her son, that would twist things up a lot.
Fan favorites might get a bump in pay, especially if they're part of bigger storylines. Veterans who've been around for over 10 years might make $2,000 to $5,000 per episode. However, only a small percentage of daytime soap actors earn $5,000 or more for every episode they film.
