To do this:
- Step 1: Click on Settings, then on General.
- Step 2: Tap on iPhone Storage and then Scroll down to Viber and tap on Delete App.
- Step 3: This will delete the Viber cache and the app from your iPhone.

Step 3: Sync Viber with your phone
- Open Viber on your phone.

Viber Problem 1: 'Disconnected. This Viber problem could probably result from technical issue with Viber. Perhaps there is nothing you can do about this except to wait for the app to be connected again. You may also encounter this message if Viber has been blocked in your area for some reason.
iOS crash report
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Analytics & Improvements (bottom of the screen)
- Tap Analytics Data.
- Select the latest Viber crash report e.g. Viber-2021-01-01-113013.ips.
- Tap on the Share button (top of the screen)

You will receive a confirmation message once your data has successfully been deleted. Deleting your data on Viber won't delete your data from any other Rakuten services if you are connected to them through Viber.
The easiest way to fix this issue is to clear cache and data. Go to your phone Settings, find App Manager (or however it's called on your phone), and find Viber. Tap on it, and choose Clear Cache. If this doesn't help, repeat the steps but only click on Clear Data instead of Clear Cache, and see if it works.
