Stay Anonymous on Twitter. Twitter requires users have an account to write tweets, so all your posts must remain linked together. By using a new username and changing a few settings, however, you can significantly limit your personally identifying information, making you effectively anonymous from other users.
Abusive Tweets or behavior: We may suspend an account if it has been reported to us as violating our Rules surrounding abuse. When an account engages in abusive behavior, like sending threats to others or impersonating other accounts, we may suspend it temporarily or, in some cases, permanently.
You can delete your own Tweets, but can't delete someone else's Tweets. However, if you think someone is spamming, Tweeting something illegal, harassing, being racist etc. you can try reporting the Tweet. If Twitter support decides the Tweet your reported was against its TOS or illegal, they may remove it.
Start Twitter in a web browser or using the app on your phone. Use the search box to go to the profile of an account you think might be blocking you. If you are being blocked, you will not be able to see the profile. Instead, you'll see a message that says "You're blocked.

The answer is no, they can't tell if you report them. But they can tell if you block them. When you report someone it pops up with an additional option to block and if you're just clicking through the menu without really paying attention you may block them, at which point they'll notice.
To report a Tweet:
- Navigate to the Tweet you'd like to report on twitter.com or from the Twitter for iOS or Android app.
- Click or tap the icon.
- Select Report.
- Select It's abusive or harmful.
- Next, we'll ask you to provide more information about the issue you're reporting.
How to undo a profile report? Settings > in left column select Support Dashboard > if you reported a profile it should be listed here and if the report is still pending you should be able to remove it. If it does not say pending, you will not be able to retract it.
There's no way to “get someone banned”, reporting someone simply opens an investigation, and leads to either a ban by Epic games, a ban that is fought or the person being left alone because they didn't do anything wrong. The person loses access to the game on the specific account.
In case, a user does not attempt to reactivate it within this timeline, account will be suspended on permanent basis. On the other hand, usually, Twitter suspends accounts that are in violations of the Twitter Rules. However, it also suspend sometimes for investigation, if the account has been hacked or compromised.
