To answer your question in short, Sasuke original eyes evolved from normal eyes to Sharingan until 3 Tomoe Sharingan, then Mangekyo Sharingan after over using his MS he transplanted his older brother's eyes to gain EMS which means he was cabable of manifesting Perfect Susanoo and he can use the EMS without going blind.
Sasuke didn't kill Itachi, Itachi had him backed against a wall. Itachi used the battle to show Sasuke what he can do with his Mangekyo Sharingan. Once everything that Itachi set out to do was done, he poked Sasuke on the forehead (well, he was trying to do that) and fell over dead.
How did Sasuke kill Orochimaru? He didn't. I believe it is episode 479: “Naruto Uzumaki!!” where Naruto makes Sasuke realize that he was wrong and needs to keep the bonds he has formed. This is where he truly becomes good by most people's standards.
