The Honda CBR1000RR, marketed in some countries as the "Fireblade" (capitalized as FireBlade until the 2000s), is a 999 cc (61.0 cu in) liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder superbike, introduced by Honda in 2003 as the 7th generation of the CBR series of motorcycles that began with the CBR900RR in 1990.

Fireblade is a lineage of motorcycles, CBR1000RR is the most recent model to carry the Fireblade name. TL;DR- They're the same thing. Just one has the family name.
The Honda CBR1000RR is also known as Fireblade and it has got some upgradation in terms of peak power, mid-range torque and revised riding position in 2014. The current variant of the bike features a special Repsol replica paint that is inspired from the race tracks.
CBR is the "R" (racing) version of the old CB series.(I think 1968 or 1969) CB is a shortened version of the old Honda Cub and SuperCub. ( sometime around 1952) So my guess is the timeline goes: Honda Cub.
