yeah it depends what you consider cold. Most people from here would say under 80 is cold which would mean probably december like kevin said. You can probably start swimming again in march or so comfortably.

Our temps get in the 30's in the winter, at least if you live north of I-4. If you wear shorts in 30 degree weather, then the answer is "yes". Kids wear coats/jackets to school, but they often don't need them as much later in the day as it USUALLY warms up by the afternoon. Whatever clothes you have will be fine.

1. Re: Is clearwater busy in late nov/dec ? Yes everything is open as it is the begining of the busier 'Winter' season. Nov/Dec is not near as cold as Jan/Feb can be, but there still can be cold fronts that come through lowering the temp.
