Realistically you're probably drawing something closer to 250w or 300w at the most. The battery in that unit has 77 volt amp hours, meaning it'll last about seven minutes under its maximum rated load (which comes to 390w.) So you should easily be able to last five minutes and some change on paper.

the UPS is designed to be left on all of the time and I don't see a benefit to turn it off each day. also, every time you turn the UPS on, it will do a UPS self test and if done too often, this will drain the battery a tiny bit unnecessarily. if you do this a few times a day for a year, then it adds up.
It should be fine but it is cutting it close. Don't expect more than a minute or two of run time on that. It will protect you from quick flickers and such but if the power actually goes down hard you pretty much have to shut down right away.
