In The Godfather Part III, set 20 years later, Connie has become one of Michael's closest advisors. She attends the opera, along with the entire Corleone family. On discovering that her godfather Don Altobello is the mastermind of the plot against their family, she kills him by giving him a gift of poisoned cannoli.

Salvatore "Sal" Tessio is a fictional character in Mario Puzo's 1969 novel The Godfather, as well as two of the films based on it: The Godfather (1972) and The Godfather Part II (1974). His given name was created for the films; in the novel he is referred to only as "Tessio".
Alfredo James Pacino was born in the East Harlem neighborhood of New York City on April 25, 1940. He is the son of Italian-American parents Rose Gerardi and Salvatore Pacino. He then moved with his mother to the Bronx to live with her parents, Kate and James Gerardi, who were Italian immigrants from Corleone, Sicily.
So, here Michael wanted a person to fall back to in times of distress. He wanted a person who would not be directly linked to the direct actions taken by Michael, but someone on whom he could count for his own family's safety. That was none other than Tom Hagen.
The couple has welcomed a daughter. She was born in 2016, soon after Michael and Marie met in 2015. As per the latest reports, he lives in Miami with his fiancée and three children.
Premiere Magazine listed Vito Corleone as the greatest film character in history. He was also selected as the 53rd greatest film character by Empire. Vito Corleone is based on a composite of mid-20th century New York Mafia figures Carlo Gambino, Frank Costello, Joe Bonanno, and Joe Profaci.
However, Mary was inadvertently killed in an assassination attempt on her father, being shot to death in front of her family. Devastated by this loss, Michael retired to Sicily and and lived in Don Tommasino's old villa, where he once lived with his first wife Apollonia.
Pacino, 52 at the time of the film's release, had to be aged to play Corleone. Smith, who died in 2014, had presented Coppola with conceptual pictures showing Pacino with the same long hair Michael Corleone had worn in the past two films, but appropriately aged.
While Michael was in hiding, he married a local woman, Apollonia Vitelli, who was killed by a car bomb intended for Michael. Due to Michael's marriage to Apollonia taking place entirely in Sicily, Kay is apparently unaware that Michael was a widower when he returned to America.

We know Fredo betrayed Michael by working with Hyman Roth and Johnny Ola. What exactly did he do though? He says he didn't know it was going to be a hit and that he was only trying to help the family.
Hyman Roth probably wanted to avenge Moe, but more so, he just wanted Michael Corleone dead so he could run his businesses without Michael being in his way trying to take it all. To avenge Moe Greene would be icing on the cake.Mar 15, 2021

When Michael Corleone fled to Sicily to escape the American authorities, Calò and his friend Fabrizio were assigned to protect Michael. The three developed a close bond of friendship until Fabrizio betrayed Michael, attempting to kill him in an explosion that claimed the life of Michael's wife Apollonia.
Santino "Sonny" Corleone is a fictional character in Mario Puzo's 1969 novel The Godfather and its 1972 film adaptation. He is the oldest son of the Vito and Carmela Corleone. He has two brothers, Fredo and Michael, and a sister, Connie.
In the novel, Greene is murdered shortly afterward by Al Neri. At the end of the film, Michael has Greene killed as part of his slaughter of the Corleone family's enemies.
In The Godfather Part II, Senator Geary pours scorn on the Corleone family as he attempts to charge Al Pacino's Michael Corleone too much for a gaming licence. Vincenzo "Vincent" Corleone (né Mancini) was the illegitimate son of Santino "Sonny" Corleone and Lucy Mancini. Vincent succeeded Michael Corleone as the Don of the Corleone family.
