I have lots of them, they work great. NOT made BY HF, only made FOR them. By a manufacturer who also makes the same battery under some brand name. I doubt that Harbor Freight actually makes anything, they just contract to have their various brands put on stuff made by others and market it.
The results showed that the Amazon battery is about 88 percent the capacity of the Duracell. I also performed the same test on Duracell Copper Top, and Energizer Max. Their performance was nearly identical to the Procell. More interestingly, I tested the Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA cell.
Costco batteries don't usually sit on the shelves long so they are fairly fresh good batteries. I've bought two batteries for my car at Costco, not sure if either is Interstate brand. Both died far short of the warranty expiration but at least 2 years after purchase.
