Event duplication is usually caused by another calendar syncing process running at the same time as Cirrus Insight Calendar Sync.
Next to the title of your event, locate the 'More Actions' drop down and click on 'Duplicate Event'. Once you have selected 'Duplicate Event', a new event will be created and you will be able to make any necessary adjustments to this event. This is now a new calendar event with the same details as the original.

Open your phone's settings and choose “Apps” or “Apps & notifications.” Find “Apps” in your Android phone's Settings. Find Google Calendar in your massive list of apps and under “App Info,” select “Clear Data.” You'll then need to turn off your device then turn it back on again. Clear data from Google Calendar.
Click initial event (pops up a 'bubble' of information) Click 'Edit event details' Choose 'More actions -> duplicate event'
Click the gear button in the top menu bar, then click Settings. Click Import & Export in the settings, and you'll find the Import option. Select the file you just exported from the other calendar, then choose the calendar you'd like to import the dates to. You've now imported all of your events.
On your computer, open the event on the original calendar where the event was created. Select Export guest responses to Sheets. Sheets makes a list from the current RSVP list. (Optional) To update the list later in the same sheet, repeat the steps.
Quickly create similar events instead of starting from scratch. The powerful Duplicate event feature helps you to save a lot of time when creating new events. You can create a new event by copying or duplicating an existing event with all the same information as the original event.
Share a calendar with specific people
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, find the “My calendars” section.
- Hover over the calendar you want to share, and click More.
- Under “Share with specific people,” click Add people.
- Add a person's or Google group's email address.
- Click Send.
Press “Ctrl-Alt-G." Google Calendar will now open from your keyboard shortcut.
Facebook allows the user to duplicate a created event not waste time redoing the guest list for another celebration. Before publishing the new event, the creator must change the information as the cover photo, date, time and description, all so that the event appears again.
Create an Announcement or an Assignment and post the Google Meet as a link: https://meet.google.com/ . Give them a code to copy and paste into the "Enter Meeting Code" Box. You can make this up (forexample: LINDENBOIMMEET2020). You type this same code into the box to start the meeting.
To clear all events from your primary calendar:
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the bottom left, hover over the primary calendar.
- Click Options Settings and sharing.
- Under “Settings for my calendars,” click Remove calendar.
- Under “Remove calendar,” click Delete.
Just go to your Calendar app (the exact method will depend on the app you're using, but the general steps should be the same), find the menu button, and look for a 'Calendars to Show' or 'Calendars' section. There you should be able to turn off 'Birthdays' or find the duplicate calendar.
In some cases, duplicates can be caused by two different calendars syncing to the iPhone, creating dozens if not hundreds of extra entries. If this is the case, you can hide or delete the specific calendar within the app that is causing the problems.
Click on the first event which you want to delete on "right side," then use the (Shift+Click) keyboard combination on the last event, and then the "delete" key.
Open the Calendar app. At the bottom of the screen, tap Calendars. Look for a calendar that you don't recognize. Tap the More Info button next to that calendar, then scroll down and tap Delete Calendar.
If you have duplicate events on your iCloud Calendar
- Select View > Show Calendar List.
- Select or deselect the calendar's checkbox in the Calendar list to show or hide a calendar's events. To show or hide events from all calendars, press the Command key while you select or deselect any calendar's checkbox.
Hold down the Ctrl key while you click each duplicate calendar item in the list. Remember to leave one entry unselected; otherwise, you'll delete all of them. When you have selected all the duplicate calendar items, press Delete .
In the Calendar app , you can set up multiple calendars to keep track of different kinds of events. Although you can keep track of all your events and appointments in one place, you don't have to. Additional calendars are easy to set up, and a great way to stay organized.
In the Calendar app , you can share an iCloud calendar with other iCloud users.

- Tap Calendars at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Add Calendar.
- Type a name for the new calendar, then tap Done.
