NAFA is more course-specific than LaSalle. For example, if I'm taking Diploma in Design and Media (DNM) course, I'll get to study all basic DNN knowledge in the first year, but not things that are outside the scope. So, it really depends whether you want to study everything or you have set your mind on one field.

School Fees For Full-Time Polytechnic Diploma Education

School fees for international students are $10,400 per year.Those who fail N-levels or do poorly can opt for enhanced Nitec course with slower pace. Students who pass no more than one subject for the N-levels stand little chance of being accepted into the two-year courses because of the competition from other students who fare better.
It is a known fact that the N levels are easy to pass and students who qualify to sit for the O levels are under the impression that the O levels are easy because they have previously done well. As a result, students tend to slacken on their fifth and final year.
The Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Normal Level (N-Level) examination is a national examination held annually in Singapore. It is taken after four years in the normal academic or normal technical stream (secondary education).
The difference between these two courses is that in the "Special" stream, students take 'Higher Mother Tongue' (available for Chinese, Malay and Tamil only) instead of 'Mother Tongue'. Normal is a four-year course leading up to a Normal-level (N-level) exam, with the possibility of a fifth year followed by an O-level.
Exceptional O Level results can score one a scholarship for tertiary studies and A Levels. They also help determine the class of the universities you will apply to; the more the A's the better the institution. They determine the subjects you can study in A Level or the courses you can take for university.
PFP is as tough or even tougher than O levelsto secure a place in the poly, it's below 11 points for 5 subjects.
ANS: Secondary 4 Normal (Academic) students who have been offered a place in the PFP may submit an appeal for a change of course through the PFP portal upon the release of the PFP posting results. Students who have submitted their appeals through the PFP portal will be able to check their results on the same portal.
To be eligible to apply for the PFP, N(A) students must: Obtain ELMAB3 (English Language, Mathematics, Best 3 subjects) raw aggregate score of 12 points or better (excluding CCA bonus point) at the GCE N(A) Level examination; and.
Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) & Direct-Entry-Scheme to Polytechnic Programme (DPP) Eligible students who opt for the PFP and DPP will enrol into a polytechnic or ITE as an alternative to the Secondary 5 year and eventually pursue a polytechnic diploma course if they meet the respective entry requirements.
