Select the desired action, as follows: Use standard clipboard copy/paste actions (Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V) – When you use the Copy shortcut (Ctrl-C) while in a support session, the content copied to your clipboard (including text and images) is also copied to the customer's clipboard (and vice versa). Once your meeting is set up, simply click on the share screen button (below) in GoToMeeting.

Attendee ViewWhen attendees join your meeting after it has been locked, they will be placed in a "Waiting room". Once the meeting is unlocked, all attendees in the "Waiting room" will automatically be connected to the meeting.
If you mean Private Chat messages sent between attendees of the meeting, the answer is no, only the attendees privately chatting can see the messages. We'll leave this thread up to reference as a future enhancement for the GoToMeeting software.
Yes you are corect. These folders should be previous builds of GoToMeeting still on your machine. You should be able to delete older ones without issue.

Manually convert your recordingsOpen the Recording Manager by right-clicking the Daisy icon in the system tray (Windows) or toolbar (Mac) and selecting Preferences, Recordings tab, and then Convert Recordings Now.

Your Skype for Business meeting recordings are saved in the Videos > Lync Recordings folder. If you prefer to change the location, click Browse and choose a different folder.
To find your game clips and screenshots, select the Start button, then go to Settings > Gaming > Captures and select Open folder. To change where your game clips are saved, use File Explorer to move the Captures folder anywhere you want on your PC.
