Email messages, contacts, and tasks
- To set or remove reminders, select the email message, contact, or task.
- On the Standard toolbar, click. Follow Up, and then click Add Reminder.
- In the Custom dialog box, select or clear the Reminder check box.
- Tip: If Outlook is closed, reminders won't pop up on the screen.
Create a reminder
- Open the Google Calendar app .
- In the bottom right corner, tap Create event. Reminder.
- Type your reminder, or choose a suggestion.
- Choose a date, time, and frequency.
- In the top right, tap Save.
- You'll see the reminder in the Google Calendar app.
The Sticky Notes app is like any other application included with Windows 10. You can launch it by opening the Start menu, searching for “Sticky Notes”, and clicking the shortcut. Once launched, you can right-click the Sticky Notes icon and select “Pin to Taskbar” if you plan to use it frequently.
Turn off Reminders app from iCloud, and then turn on it again. This seems stupid, but removing reminders from iCloud will also remove some notification errors, so, this simple solution sometimes works well. To do this, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Reminders. Turn it off and turn it on.
To create a reminder, open your Reminders app, tap Reminders under the Lists heading, and then tap New Reminder in the bottom-left corner. Fill in the text entry with your reminder, tap Return on your keyboard, and that's it — your first reminder has been created.
Get started with Reminders

- Tap the list that you want to add the reminder to. Tap Add List if you want to create a new list.
- Tap New Reminder, then type your reminder.

Step 1: Go to Settings and then tap on “Sounds”. Step 2: Scroll down to find “Reminder Alerts” and tap on it. Step 3: if the reminder is set to “None” select one of the many alert tones available and the next time your reminder “reminds” you to do something you'll actually hear it.
