While there is no standard #10 envelope, in general, the size of a standard number 10 envelope is 4 1/8 inches high by 9 1/2 inches long.

Can you reuse envelopes with barcodes? I suppose you could but unless your sending something to the address that corresponds with bar code it won't get where it's supposed to go. Understand, the equipment reads a pre bar code and routes the envelope to that location.

Pricing depends on the weight of the envelope with prices starting at $1.00 increasing by $0.20 for each additional ounce. To send large envelopes, you do not need to visit the Post Office as long as you have postage stamps, access to a postage meter or can print postage online from a company like Stamps.com.
As long as you have the appropriate postage, you do not need to go to the post office to mail them. The USPS considers any envelope larger than 12” in height, 15” in length, ¾” in thickness, or 13 oz in weight a package, which is subject to parcel prices dependent on the weight of the mail.
Pay close attention to envelopes such as greeting cards marked “Extra Postage Required.” In most cases, a letter-size mailpiece is classified and priced as a large envelope (flat) if it exceeds 3.5 ounces or 6-1/8" by 11-1/2" by 1/4" thick.
