Unrated is a movie that has not been rated by the ratings board of the MPAA, it does not mean it's "worse" than a rated R movie, only that it simply wasn't submitted to be rated.

TV-MA is a rating promoted by the FCC that allows filtering using a V-Chip. Rated R is a rating promoted by the MPAA to help parents decide it a movie is appropriate. Both can indicate mature content like graphic violence or nudity.

TV-Y7 (Directed To Older Children) This program is designed for children age 7 and above. TV-PG (Parental Guidance Suggested) This program contains material that parents may find unsuitable for younger children. Many parents may want to watch it with their younger children.
Programming rated TV-14 in the United States TV Parental Guidelines signifies content with parents strongly cautioned. It is equivalent to the MPAA film rating PG-13. Content may be inappropriate for minors younger than 14 years of age.
The TV Parental Guidelines include two elements: an age-based rating that provides guidance about the age group for which a program is appropriate, and content descriptors indicating that a program may contain suggestive dialogue (D), coarse or crude language (L), sexual situations (S), or violence (V).

A TV-14-rated show is defined as one where caution is “strongly urged” for children under 14, with the show containing “one or more of the following: intense violence (V), intense sexual situations (S), strong coarse language (L) or intensely suggestive dialogue (D).”
There is some blood, suggested violence, and gore.Overall, the show does not shy away from showing blood and some suggested violence. Also, the main protagonist, Bloom, has the ability to wield fire, and flashbacks show she set her house on fire in a fit of rage.
Programming rated TV-MA in the United States by the TV Parental Guidelines signifies content for mature audiences. It is equivalent to the MPAA film ratings R and NC-17. Programs with this rating are usually not suitable for minors under 17 years of age (18 in some cases).
