You can use Magic Keyboard, including Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad, to enter text on iPhone. The Apple Magic Keyboard does not have similar functionality. If you want to quickly switch between devices, the best way to do so is to (at least temporarily) connect the keyboard to the Mac you want to use it with via a lightning cable.
Whether you're using a PC or a Mac with Windows installed, the Apple keyboards should all work perfectly. The various models, such as the Magic Keyboard, either connect through Bluetooth or via a USB cable, so there shouldn't be any need for installing drivers.

Again, the Magic Keyboard is an expensive accessory, but an excellent choice. In addition to its wonderful keyboard, smooth trackpad, and sleek design, the case is Apple's best solution (so far) for transforming your iPad Pro into what feels like a fully functional laptop.

How to change your keyboard
- Open the Settings on your phone.
- Scroll down and tap System.
- Tap Languages & input.
- Tap Virtual keyboard.
- Tap Manage keyboards.
- Tap the toggle next to the keyboard you just downloaded.
- Tap OK.

There are a few things you should try out. The first one is to update your keyboard driver. Open Device manager on your Windows laptop, find the Keyboards option, expand the list, and right-click Standard PS/2 Keyboard, followed by Update driver. After the update is finished, test to see if your keyboard works.
How to use your Android device as PC speaker
